Currently i am living out of Nepal. I prepared Power of attorney and recently got divorced with my wife in Nepal. However, the court did not gave me a divorce certificate. i was told to go to the ward and get certificate from there.
Now the people from Ward are not ready to issue a divorce certificate to me unless i am physically there to sign the papers and for fingerprints.
Has anyone faced such situations and solved it?
i have a translated and notarized copy of my divorce application. Will that be considered a divorce certificate ?

@Adriandaju: Thank you for the response

But, I am already divorced. Court has already given the decision. The question here is Ward wants me to be physically in Nepal to sign the divorce certificate papers. I have signed the power of attorney but ward is not accepting that. As of now, i have one 5-6 pages of application(translated) and court has stamped on it.
I want a single page certificate which says the following persons are divorced.
