I am trying to rent a place in Washington DC. Anywhere near the Capital Hills from Eastern Markets to Friendship Heights should be OK. The location has to be safe, clean and fun.

I would prefer to rent with (a) mature female(s) or a nice and friendly family. I am a married woman but I'll be in DC for 3 months on my own, starting the first week of September.
