I am in USA on F1 Status, currently on OPT.

Is it possible to have two H1B Petitions from two different employers at the same time, for full time employment?

Will it cause any confusions to BCIS or denials?

Thanks
Prakash

I really dont think so dude. Just think, how can you work for two companies(full time) at the same time? technically, you should be working for that co for them to sponsor your h1. so, not possible to file 2 h1 applications at the same time.

these inidan companies are f'ing up the system these days... but oh well...

You need not necessarily work for both of them. You can get approved for both of them, then turn down one and work with the other?

Can't it be like that?
Just to keep options open.

Prakash,
I think you can file two different applications from two different employers. But after approval, you can work full time for "one" employer at a time. You cann't work for both employer at the same time. But i want to ask you why you filing from two employers?

i can imagine how you are going with this... just don't, especially if you are going through some indian companies. (are you?)
FYI-

you are taking an unneccessary risk. as long as you provide all the valid documentation, chances are very high that it will get approved.
