What's the normal rate for unlocking iPhone 6 (At&T) these days? Does anybody know of someone (Nepali) that unlocks iPhones in the US? Any info will be highly appreciated.

It depends on your phone. if imei is clean then it will cost $2 . I just unlocked mine from a russian guy in ebay. if your iphone is black listed or stolen then it will cost $35. you can find it in ebay

To clarify, I bought this off craigslist and it seems like it's stolen (still in box). Can I still get it unlocked? I looked on ebay. The cheapest was 65 dollars.

Yes, blacklisted/ stolen phones can be unlocked and can be used outside USA only. The cheapest I know is $55.
