The posting should be available in SWA listings.SWA is state workforce agency or something like that which helps unemployed to get job through out the state, handles unemployment insurance/benefit etc. Each state will have their own unemployment agency/SWA that works under (and funded by ) Department of Labor. Usually, if you subscribe to those sites, any new job postings will be circulated to you as well, for that specific field you subscribed for. You can navigate to any of the states SWA from here : http://us.jobs/state-workforce-agencies.asp . This is my understanding, but there may be other sites that SWA recognizes as qualified. In that case, the SWA will provide you the list of valid sites from where it will search for new openings. You should be able to search the job listings by the title/position in those sites, but they may not be user friendly. Some states have those job search application available as app in mobile devices as well. Please share your findings if you are able to track down your green card job listing as it might be helpful for others.
