bro, join the consultancy and start working; at the mean time do your GRE or GMAT plus look for the Masters school. I have some of my friends joining colleges who would provide CPT soon as you join there and continued working for consultancy (you could keep that option open).

Dhoti haru ko consultancy can't to a damn thing. Once your EAD validity is over, they can't ask you to keep working for them, which is a federal crime and they could be fined heavily if reported. I would suggest, consultancy ma kaam garera paisa save gara and join Masters/Phd for Spring 2015.

In your situation..go to consultancy which gives proxy so that within a month you get placed..you will have remaining 6-7 months to earn as much as you can to do further study...if 8 months left than you won't be able to apply for h1b nxt year.

Join any desi consultancy,make some money and when your opt is about to get over, join some CPT providing college and ask your employer to apply for h1b during your CPT.I believe that would be best option.
