Boston looks super strong until now but it they will be tested when they go against Yanks...If Boston can dismantle Yanks then I would consider them to be leading contender for World Series..

Astros..looked nice until Braves came back last night..I think Astros will regroup and continue their winning streak..Imagine Andy Pettite pitching..for Astros now...they would been one of the best 1-2 punch.

I like to see the Rocket getting another shot in the World Series but the Cardinals look overwhemlingly awesome. Their great batting lineup... whaauuu... shall be too mouch to handle for the Astros. Not that Astros do not have a good batting lineup. I just think the Cardinals are going to win 4-2. Besides Oswalt and CLemens aren't pitching the first 2games of the series so it's gonna be awfully difficult for the Astros to win those two games in St. Louis.

Red Sox are favored to win the series but can someone explain to me why Cardinal are favored for tonites game when Pedro is pitching??? Suppan, the pitcher red sox did not resigned this year is better than Pedro???

Suppan is to blame for yesterdays loss of Cardinals especially for the failure to make that run from the third base.

Pedro has 0 HR and 11 RBIS in his career and yesterday without taking the bat off his shoulder and swing got the walk...How ineffective Cardinals can be?


I want this season to end for I have other things to do and my schedule is being disturbed by the games and at the same time I want to keep this series extend at least till 6 games. Its not fair for a good team like Cardinals to be swept. They deserve their fair chance too.

Yesterday game was okay compare to exciting ALCS and NLCS....... Pedro seems to pitch better when he is not facing NY Yankees. His ERA is 2 runs lower when he faces other teams in playoffs. I would say Pedro pitched poorly first 3 innings and RedBirds could not capitalize. Surprisingly, Pedro pitched better in cold weather....... I thought RedBirds were good defensive and faster team, they proved me wrong last nite. I don?t' think it's the same 5 tool Walker who used to play for Rockies......

Pedro will be a free agent and that could be his last game as a Red Sox.
