All TPS application for nepal is handled by Nebraska unless they have re-designated it. I am not sure why your case has no update? I am not the correct person to be answering that.

@cybro: that question was to myself.
May I ask the detailed timeline of your case ?
My last update was in June 2 - biometrics waived. No, changes what so ever.

@everestial007 FYI...I have done some research and found out there are some discrepancies on the TPS application processing precisely for the cases submitted on the beginning week of TPS renewal open date. For e.g. I have submitted the case on May 23 same date as yours, got the decision yesterday however; my spouse submitted on first week of June and got EAD and TPS approval within three weeks by June end. I hope that mitigates your waiting anxiety. I am sure you are going to get the decision soon. Be patient...

@bakakallu

So u applied for TPS, EAD and AP at the same time, can u tell me what is approved? TPS and EAD or just one of them?

My timeline is
EAD ,TPS received: June 4th
Biometrics waiver: June 6th
Processing in IOE (Nebraska)
No information so far :(

I am thinking of applying I-131 now. Don't know if its good idea or not.

@ Spandey808

I did applied for TPS, EAD and AP at the same time. TPS and EAD is approved today, and AP is still pending or review.

I will suggest wait for applying AP, till TPS is approved. It will be more easier for USCIS to see TPS approval letter. Thanks.

@spandey: we the early applicant are being the victim here. How could uscis fucking do this at all? Since my application and waiver is earlier than yours, I have a fear that my application will be accepted even late.

@everestial007

IDK. It looks like they are not processing it fairly. I wish we have station where we can complain about these things. YAY for ppl who got it early but we haven't done anything wrong in the process so we should get it on time too. Last time (2017) my application was pending was 5 months so I don't have very high hopes for this time but I don't wanna be pessimist either.

@bakakallu, if its ok, can u tell me what are the supporting docs u send for AP? Are u planning to Nepal on TPS? and in what visa status u will be after TPS expire?

Thank you both

Thanks
