It has been already 90 days that my TPS is pending. My current OPT EAD is expiring very soon and I am working fulltime. Can I schedule a INFOPASS appointment with USCIS officer for the EAD purpose ? how long will it take after the interview to get a EAD. Anyone has gone through this? any input will be highly appreciated. Thanks,

@jahbless.. dont take punch at the guys that are already in tensed situation @KPDai.. how can you maintain F1 status without going to school?unless you are in OPT EAD.

@Adam Khoury As per my research, you do need to go to school if you want to maintain your status unless you have opt ead but if you r gonna use tps ead then you do....

hi, I had requested expedite service for my TPS because it's been more than 5 months but I got reply saying "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time." Has it happened with anyone. I don't know what exactly they mean?

My TPS application was received on Nov 12. Today my case status is updated as, On April 5, 2016 we mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status, Receipt Number LIN***********. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence by May 5, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Anyone on same boat?
