It is kinda weird.... It looks like San and Ramhari Subedi have become good friends after last night's email correspondence!!

You know, Subedi, Inc. DBA DCNEPAL.com .... (Oops looks like DCNEPAL.com got unbanned too, along with XNEPALI.com) .... is coming up with BADMASI.com

It'll be a huge success if San looked after the "badmasi photo gallery" and Subedi looked after the "badmasi blog" and "badmasi videos" section.

Hold your horses and stop running into conclusions.

You might not be aware, but sajha believes that everyone should have a chance to defend themselves if they are being accused of something in sajha. Mr. Subedi pointed out to me that personal photo was in sajha and that there were accusations against him so I removed his picture. He informed me further that he was not able to post in sajha because of banned words ie. 'xnepali.com' and 'dcnepal.com'. Since this matter dealt with the two sites, I enabled those two words temporarily in the spirit of free discussion and fairness. Giving Mr. Subedi the opportunity to respond fully without having to go back and remove the concerned words.

As you are aware, the site names were banned in the past as many other sites are when the site owners run an advertisement campaign in sajha by posting their links excessively in kurakani.

It is a different story that Mr. Subedi posted my personal email to him publicly where I had written to him that I don't believe the two sites belonged to him. I have hoped that this was a minor issue that would not be dragged out this far. In any case, as Mr. Subedi and you know very well, the registration of xnepali.com has been done anonymously and that I cannot possibly guarantee and/or vouch that xnepali.com is owned or not owned by so and so.

I hope this puts all your conspiracy theories about sajha to rest!

Could you tell us why Sayami is not here in Sajha these days? I don't guess anything is wrong with his health or mood. I am afraid if he was banned or removed by admin for any reason that is not public yet.

Sayami was banned because of explicit photos posted in ramjham. This is what happened - he posted a picture of a girl showing her breasts and nipples. I deleted that and I hoped he would get the message. The next day, there was another picture of a girl showing nipples. I deleted that as well and sent him a message to not post explicit posts and that pictures showing nipples were explicit enough. He ignored my request and posted yet another picture of girl exposing her nipples. At that point I created the 'messaging system' in sajha to make sure he would actually get my message this time. I deleted the image again and asked him to comply.

At this point he communicated with me asking me to delete all of his images, all of his postings and to delete his account.

I replied saying that I appreciated his participation in sajha and that he was a valuable member and that I just had a simple request to not post explicit pictures. I honestly appreciated his participation and looked forward to seeing his postings of images of different varieties.

He replied saying he had personally deleted all his albums and that he had received my 'buttering' email. He went on to say how unfair I was letting Nas post all his pictures and having a personal thing against him.

I reminded him there is a fine line between exposing nipples and not. To which he accused me of playing favoritism and having something against him personally and that he didn't have to survive on website ads to make a living.

I wish I could survive on website ads! Actually I'm working on something right now to make it easier to advertise on sajha :)

I think after that he deserved to disabled specially for 'continuously posting explicit pictures after being warned not to' also he had personally requested that I disable his username.

It is unfortunate that sayami decided to take things in the wrong way. I just don't want to promote sajha and/or ramjham as sites with explicit contents. I would be happy to see his postings- (as long as it's not explicit) in fact I just reenabled his account as I was writing this.

Best wishes to sayami for all his future endeavours. I hope he understands its nothing personal just trying to keep the site clean.

As I have mentioned above, showing any private parts is where I have to draw the line and you posted images showing nipples which I find to be explicit - keeping in mind the broad viewership base of sajha.

I don't think we need the dictionary to tell us what is explicit and what is not. I will let the visitors make up their own mind whether these images are explicit or not. Caution: explicit content - click HEREto see the images.

As far as Nas' album go, he doesn't post pictures showing private parts. Lot of his photos are suggestive - but they do not show private parts. If any pictures show any private parts then those are not suitable for sajha/ramjham.

Sayami, I don't see any point in bickering over your personal perception of 'explicit' and I think it's better to move on by agreeing to disagree about this issue. However, such images remain not allowed in this site.
