As we all know circumcision is a surgical procedure that involves removal of the foreskin of the penis, and i assume that nepalese do not go through this procedure. What i am asking is, does anybody know that circumcision make any differences in sexual ability and pleasure. A 19 year old confused uncircumcised virgin want some information.

I think a non circumcised penis would be more sensitive than a circumcised one.

A circumcised penis loses its sensitivity a little by being exposed all the time while uncircumcised penis remain more sensitive. Due to the extra sensitivity, more uncircumcised men don't prefer oral sex, while the circumcised men are desensitized enough to enjoy oral sex more.

My advice would also be to not do it. God gave us this body and we should not spoil it. Just think about it. Everything is so perfect. Everything has a reason. Even there is a reason for the foreskin being there.

1. can cause ED
2. loss of sensation
3. pain during erection
4. infection after circumcision
5. causes pain to partner during intercourse because it is sliding instead of gliding. This is a known fact that a lot of women complain pain during sex with circumcised men. but there is a solution for this which is lubrication. Intact men do not need it.
6. psychological problems because some people feel mutilated and misiing something
6. because "don't fix it if it is not broken"
7. prepuce has more nerve endings than you can imagine
8. if it were not necessary nobody will have foreskin
9. don't mess with nature
10. Because it looks ugly if you cut it.
11. God made man in his image-religious reason
12. see the statues and carvings they are all represented as intact
13. if it is not cleaned it is dirty regardlessly
14. there is not a single study that can back health benefits of circumcison with a significant results. only those who are circumcised are jealous of the intact men back those claim to get every one mutilated so they can feel consolation.
15. most doctors do it for money it is a big business.
16. i am assuming that most Nepalis are not christians, muslims or jews. i assume that most nepalis are hindus and buddhist which means it is against out culture and religion.

if above reason is not good enough go ahead mutilate yourself. BTW i have heard that testicles causes pain and discomfort during biking , sparring and other activities ... you might wanna get rid of that extra load just hanging doing nothing too. good luck.

. I disagree with Birbhadra on his claim that the testicles are good for nothing. As far as I know, testicles produce sperm, which then flows through a tube to the head of the penis. So, you can see. Testicles are very important. Never, ever, throw them away just because you want your bike ride to be a little more comfortable.

circumcision prevents penis cancer, smegma in uncircumcised penis acts as a carcinogen , and there are numerous medical advantages. except people like Birbhadra who has little knowledge can give why only 16 more than 100 stupid point to support unnecessary cause.

yeah yeah
circumsision prevents cancer?
most of the penile cancer patient were some kind of tobacco user. they could not conclude if it was because of the tobacco or because of uncircumcision. also penile cancer is so RARE that you have a better chances of getting hit by a lightening than getting penile cancer.

......and there are numerous medical advantages...except people like Birbhadra who has little knowledge can give why only 16 more than 100 stupid point to support unnecessary cause.

haha, you make fun of my 16 points how about giving couple of your points too. i have done enough research to back my claim. yes sure i have little knowledge that is why i am always looking for knowledge from smarty pants like you my friend.

unnecessary cause ?
Igzactly. that was my whole point circumcision is unnecessary!!

For Bir bhadra Ji,
Its for u to review, I am sorry I couldn't post u back the answer due to my busy schedule, Birbhadra ji I am a doctor here in USA for the last 6 years and till now I have never read in any of the journal that are published by medline that says ill effect of circumcision, below here is attached the medical up todate and the references of the different article.Again for u birbhadraji, little knowledge can be very dangerous.

BENEFITS OF CIRCUMCISION — There are several benefits to newborn circumcision.

Reduction in urinary tract infection — Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are uncommon in males; the greatest risk is in male infants less than one year old. All studies have shown that uncircumcised boys have an increased risk of UTI. A UTI in an infant may require invasive tests or hospitalization, and may lead to kidney infection. Although uncircumcised boys appear to be at a higher risk, UTI is uncommon in both circumcised and uncircumcised newborn boys.

Cancer — Cancer of the penis is rare, but uncircumcised men appear to be at an increased risk for developing the disease. In addition, cervical cancer may be more common in women whose male sexual partners are not circumcised.

Penile problems — Uncircumcised males may be at increased risk for inflammation of the opening at the tip of the penis or of the glans itself, although these problems can occur in either circumcised or uncircumcised men.

Infection — Studies suggest that circumcision helps decrease the risk of acquiring some sexually transmitted diseases (STD), such as syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes simplex, and HIV. It is important to note, however, that many circumcised men acquire these diseases. Circumcision may lower the risk of acquiring a STD, but it does not eliminate it.

Hygiene — In the uncircumcised male, the space between the foreskin and the glans must be cleaned regularly. Proponents of circumcision argue that it is difficult for uncircumcised boys and men to maintain proper hygiene; it has been suggested that poor hygiene may be related to the increased risk of cancer or other problems seen in this group, though this theory has not been well studied.

COMPLICATIONS — The rate of complications related to the procedure is about 2 per 1,000 cases. Most problems are minor. The most common problems are:

Bleeding, which is usually easily controlled with compression
Infection of the surgical site
In very rare cases, more serious complications occur, such as accidental amputation of the glans or life threatening infection. Parents considering circumcision for a newborn should talk with the obstetrician or pediatrician about any concerns they have regarding complications.

PAIN CONTROL — Studies in newborns have shown that signs of stress occur related to the circumcision procedure. These include crying, an increase in heart rate, and an increase in blood pressure. Although these responses may be related in part to the infant being restrained, it is reasonable to assume that they are also an indication that the newborn is experiencing pain.

A number of measures may be used to help control pain during circumcision. In some cases, the baby is given a sugar-coated pacifier. Some physicians may use anesthetic cream, others may inject numbing medicine under the foreskin.

Parents can find out before the circumcision, or even before the birth of the baby, what pain control measures are used in the center where the circumcision will be performed.

."
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS — Parents should be aware that many health plans do not cover the cost of circumcision, as they consider it to be a cosmetic procedure with no proven health benefit. If coverage of circumcision is not specified in the literature provided by the plan, parents should call their health plan directly to find out if the procedure is covered.

WHERE TO GET MORE INFORMATION — Your doctor is the best resource for finding out important information related to your infant's particular case.

This discussion will be updated as needed every four months on our web site (www.uptodate.com). Additional topics as well as selected discussions written for healthcare professionals are also available for those who would like more detailed information.

A number of other sites on the internet have information about neonatal circumcision. Information provided by the National Institutes of Health, national medical societies, and some other well-established organizations are often reliable sources of information, although the frequency with which they are updated is variable.

manish ji,

it is not going to change my opinion regardless you are a doctor or not. If you are practicing in USA obviously you will go with the "american" way and make money out of a surgery that is not necessary.

the above information you have provided is heavily biased and not completely true. if you really wanna go head on with me with this argument i am ready for it.

and please don't give me that i am a doctor crap its a strawman fallacy- i am a doctor i have to kmnow about it. don't you even know that in any scientific community you have to have a strong statistics to back any claim.

ans not just you everyone in america is busy i feel really passionate about this issue and i am ready to go head on with you on this issue. you provide your argunments and sources and i will do the same.

and also lets not post a lenthy info lets go one by one issue.
