pardon the typos....repitition of "store" in the first paragraph and "ashtonishment"...a hasty work always has flaws.

Dear Mr. Galt, what Dannyboy has proposed sounds of perfect sense to me, you certainluy are on of the few writers along with Sitara we woudnt like to miss out on.Therefore , it would be very convenient for us ... the way Sitara does it ke.In fact there was this guy in a recent thread ,who asked about the whole purpose as to why she does have her nick at the back. Wud ya do the same then?

Enjoyed the read. I think i might have known a few gals like that. :) Art imitating life.

gone with the wind....

What the life holds for us...We never know!!!
Some Consequences, some places, some peoples all takes part...and we don't remain the same...Even the shadows and objects fall apart, let alone be the ideologies...
Nicely written John...Indeed Very Nicely....
Hajir chahin Dhila bho...:)
Hope to write some of my experience soon...But the HOPE floats...just in distant horizon...:)

Hey JG!!!

This is the best one I read so far of your entire collection.

The last sentence is just awesome- breathtaking!!! One word for your last sentence-
"IMPECCABLE"!!!

Remind me of Paarijat's writing from men's perspective- yours is just a reverse in BDC.

Detouring Sajha!!!

Anonymous,

Thanks for reading, one of the primary reasons of this post is I adore women in control. Be they a nun or a hooker, an innocent belle or a bellicose virago, as long as they know what they are doing, they are worth respect. Women are more sensitive and physically weaker than men, it is a known fact, despite this, if they have guts to take on to the world and give a hard time to the stronger sex in terms of intelligence, wit and hardwork, they are definitely worth applause.

They only reason I find them despicable is when they try to feign their identity and exhibit what they are not. Read my previous post "Miss Americanos" here at sajha, it was posted last year and is a sharp contrast to what I have written above.

The reason I do not print my pseudonym behind my posts is I am "not in control" like Sitara. Once again, she is a perfect epitome of an equipoise female, hardly has any flaws and thus demands a little attention. My posts are mere imitation of various books and from Sitara's too...therefore I dare not print my nick following my post.

O'hara,
did I answer your question right?

Nirman,
what a witty saying "Even the shadows and objects fall apart, let alone be the ideologies".
Yes, we never know what future has in store for us.....better be a flowing water which negotiates every bends and curves than be an obdurate rock which is ever stationary. Call me a fool, but sometimes I prefer to be latter.

hiya humdrum,
yes, parijat...how could I not mention such a multifacted writer. Her story was not as simple as mine, it was made of many dimensions which ordinary readers find hard to comprehend. "मैले नजन्माएको छोरो" starts from where this story ends, provided komal was not married at all. This story is more of a sexual identity crisis rather than a phobia of infertility.

JG...

Please do not take my comments of Paarijat in the wrong way. I did not, not even try, to correlate your BDC to any literary products of Paarijat, rather trying to make a bridge between two thinking. Men writing from Women's perpective (the sentiments of female you potray here despite being a male), and the similarity of Paarijat style (if you have read Sirish ko Phool, how she wrote that one on Men's shoes: however, she is a single lady all her life). That is the case....!!!

That's the reason I am so lost on your last sentence. So neat thinking despite you being male.

John, that was one nice piece I have ever read that actually flows like words in Dr. Dre's mouth.
ehe!!

Isn't our heart crazy? It's always empty. Reminds me of school/college days in Nepal. A girl mistakenly smiles at you, or talks nicely with you and you feel like she loves you. And one monday (bloody monday) she talks to you about her latest crush or her newfound boyfriend, and this pang of jealousy hit you so hard that you really wanna cry? eh...

Freakin' jealous son of a gun's... ehe.

my sincere apologies humdrum,

I had मैले नजन्माएको छोरो in mind while I was replying your post. Yes, my thoughts are symmetrical with that of parijat in this context if not the same. She was a silent feminist who spoke only in her literary works. I am honored that you somehow managed to link my perspective with regards to her.

On a further note, I am in awe of how well you care about petty details such an intense replier you are.

To be honest with you, JG, I am blushing right now....!!!

I am flattered by your comments on me.

No apology- I would rather deal with a word "apologia" than the former.

Take Care!!!

kalanki,

Most of the time Dre gives us the feeling he is a misogynist which I am not.

"Boys don't cry" was a movie starring Hillary Swank, which she bagged an oscar for, the entire movie is about sexual identity crisis which comes to a terrible end after a brutal discovery of she being a woman.

I do not know if this was directed towards me, but I was never in love with Komal...we only met three times, I simply liked her outspokenness.

There you go! I logged into sajha after a hiatus and was hoping that surely there is going to be a thread or two on John's anecdotes, and here you are!
Thoroughly enjoyed the read although I somehow find it a bit incomplete or may be I wanted to read more. This is one of those where surely you can go ahead for at least one sequel just to give it a more complete form. I am looking forward to it..keep it coming.
