Here is the anohter story. The kill the peron for stealing the chicken. After his death he was left by a prengant wife and kid, and mother. They had only him to look after. I dont know what will happen to his poor family now. If punishment of stealing is death then i guess there would have been no maoist left in nepal.

One thing is sure.. all those sufferings have been caused due to Maoists movements.... I don't think all other undied nepalese should rationalize that we have to pay that price for better Nepal... Nope.... why those sarbahara being killed.... Maoists movement is wrong.... they say they are against samantis.. but maoists are also protecting the samatis... while they are in killing spree, killing poor nepalese.

Maoists can do all that they want because they don't do anything wrong... Mind you, the killing of the teenager was esp. important to warn all other teenagers about choosing wrong paths in lives.... It was done with a good intention to teach many young kids the consequences of being a vegabond... With the death of one child, no so many others have learnt important lessons of their lives... Hail Maobadis!!!

And the chicken story... Chickens have lives too... What if the theif had stolen a human being instead of the chicken?? Maoists respect lives be it of any kind and cannot take any sorts of stealing lightly.. So to teach him and many other chicken stealers a lesson, he had to be sacrificed...You see their greatness??? Hail maobadis!!!!

And that "hatya ma gambir trooti bhayeko" killing was done deliberately by our mahan maobadis... They did it just to show the nepali people that they are humans too and not Gods like some people would like to think... Because some people think of them as some kinda demigods who never committ any mistakes, it was very necessary to show to such people that they are mere human beings and they make mistakes too.. Hail maobadis!!!

You see their modesty??? Can anyone be as great as them?? I know you cannot... So stop your unjustified hatred for maobadis and be their blindfolded bhaktas ;-)

Maoists beat up dairy entrepreneurs

Kantipur Report

LALITPUR, Sept 16 - Maoist rebels on Saturday beat up dairy entrepreneurs - Herambh Rajbhandari and his son Araniko Rajbhandari—in Lalitpur.

Rajbhandari's family members said the duo was beaten up for allegedly not allowing workers at their factory—Nepal Dairy Udhyog-- to form a branch of the Maoist affiliated All Nepal Trade Union Federation-Revolutionary (ANTUF-R).

Eyewitnesses said a group of about 25 cadres led by ANTUF-R central member Ramesh Pant had stormed into the house of Rajbhandari at Hattiban, Lalitpur at around 7.30 this morning. They thrashed Rajbhandari, 74, and his son Araniko, who now oversees the business, calling them 'feudals.' The thrashing has left several bruises in their bodies.

Also a former president of Nepal Dairy Association, Rajbhandari is currently undergoing treatment at Bir Hospital. A source close to the family said he had been suffering from high blood pressure and respiratory problems.

He has been breathing with the help of a pacemaker for the past few years.

The Maoist thrashing has seriously jeopardized his health. Young Rajbhandari is said to have received minor bruises.

Eyewitnesses said that the Maoists' attempt to abduct the duo was aborted following requests made by the police.

According to chief of Lalitpur District Police Office Madhav Prasad Nepal, the Maoist cadres returned without taking the duo away after police reached an agreement with them to bring the Rajbhandari duo to the Maoist Party Liaison Office at Pulchowk, Sunday morning, for further discussion.

The victims could not be contacted despite several attempts.

The Maoists, however, refuted the report that they had beaten up the duo.

Shalik Ram Jamarkattel, president of the ANTUF-R claimed Rajbhandari had openly challenged his workers that he would allow the formation of all other trade unions except the one affiliated to CPN (Maoist). According to him, Rajbhandari had sacked over 12 employees on Friday and two others on Thursday alleging them of forming ANTUF-R in the factory.

The incidents in the news are not justified. But for the purpose of thinking: when there are a vast number of people in a group, it is not unusual for things like these to occur. And we as justice seeking individuals have to protest against these. And the maoists leaders have apologized for the mistakes and have promised to punish the wrong doers (in the past).

But just think again, when the armies did such things, did we have even guts to protest? Did we have freedom to protest at that time (before the movement)?

"But just think again, when the armies did such things, did we have even guts to protest? Did we have freedom to protest at that time (before the movement)? "

Two wrongs do not make a right. The Army was wrong as are the Maoists. As long as you look at the Maoists wearing Army glasses, you will never find a way forward. Your postings are full of rhetoric and demagoguery and offer little by way of practical logic.

I am glad those in power in Nepal today and many top Maoist leaders don't see things this way. They are sensible people who are going down the path of compromise in the interests of the nation. I am willing to give Maoists credit for a lot of things, but in my opinion, any one with a wee bit of cranial capacity has got to see that armed Maoists are the preeminent threat to Nepal's new demoracy. On the contrary, disarmed Maosits, or those whose arms have been 'managed', are a critical compoment to nurturing the new democracy and taking Nepal forward. Disarmament - whatever form its happens in - will actually strengthen democracy and not weaken it.

HAHAHAHAH let me laugh at sajha user once again. Here is moaist justice

MAOIST PUNISHMENT................. JUDGE IT FOR YOURSELF.

kill the person who steals chicken (because he is not maoist)

suspend the moaist from his post who killed the child and apologize publilcly. (since killing a child by maoist is not a grave crime.)

Just she the magnitude of punishment and kind of crime. and i now know for sure prachanda does sajhauser a favor for allowing him/her to s*** his c***. nothing wrong to admit it sajha user.

Captain Haddock,

I think you haven't read my post properly, I said the above indcidents were wrong. I wrote the the stuff about army, because people like bidhan et al have not accepted the fact that army had also made mistakes. They want the proofs that are buried in the history.

Yes the powerful maoist leaders are pretty wise people, and that's why I support them.

Fine, point taken about the army. I am actually with you on that point. But the great comrade himself is willing to disarm and is in negotiations about it whether you like it or not. I think it is futile to argue against disarmament because if there is a way forward for the country it can only come about when the Maoists do something about their arms.

I have no problems with Maoists, only with their arms.

well sajha user this punishment was also given by your so called WISE maoist leader "suspend the moaist from his post who killed the child and apologize publilcly"
that means those killer are still walking freely.

and a poor villager one who stole chicken was killed as a punishment.

sajha user where you are wrong is u are trying to defend maoist by alleging army. But you are just trying to prevent what is blatantly worng.

my friends dad was murdered, several bullet was shut in front of his wife . your so called WISE maoist leader gave a statement later on saying "the purpose of murder was that he openly critized maoist atrocities". tell me is that democracy. arnt maoist allowed to be condemed.

you called them wise leader. if they are wise leader

1. why are they voilating human rights. why are they allowing child to be enrolled in their army.
2. Why are the continuously extorting money and why are they still killing people where as govenment and army has been on barrack at the moment.
3. If they were so wise why they dont have control over their cadres and smaller maoist because maoist are continuingly murdering and extoting monies. many comapnies of nepal are on the verge of closing down.

I have already mentioned that maoist cadres have done wrong in certain instances and they need to be punised too. But it doesn't make the whole party wrong. They are still doing things for the greater good of the country.

Every group thinks about the greater good, but it's important to have an idea about what good really is. Is our society good? You won't be thinking openly if you think that "my" society is good; everything associated to "me" has to be good.

Ego and prejudice are the factors that prevents one from thinkng about the other side of the story.

I wouldn't have objected if the NA also came to the front play to fight for injustice that already exsisted before.
