guys, A friend of mine has a Bachelor's degree in Humanities & Social Sciences from Tribhuvan University. Is it equivalent to AA degree over here in US? Can she just get enrolled in a state college instead of going to a junior college? What's the process of evaluating the transcript from TU ? and also how to obtain detailed course descriptions in Humanities & Social Sciences faculty from TU?
I'd really appreciate your advice.

Apply for credential evaluation online or by mail. Go to www.wes.org or www.ece.org Some colleges accept evaluation from their preferred institution only. Also they may require the official transcript to be sent by the issuing school directly. You can find more info in above websites.
