Guys,

One of my friend applied DV for 2011 as married couple and they received a first letter now. They do not have marriage certificate to apply for second letter but they are living together as a husband and wife for couple of year and they are planning to go to Nepal for marriage this year. So guys, please help them what is the solution?? Thank you

"living together" is not an appropriate term. It should be officially married..
