Yes would have helped since DHS may nor have true pictures of progression only Nepal govt. can provide what is happening in ground. We are not like Syria where all the journalist are gathered and have info 24/7.
but looks like Nepal govt. wants to hide their inefficiency than to get dollars remittance SAD indeed!! .
