I knew you were idiot when you open mouth with "smartass" and followed this idiotic question. I don't want to argue over this when you don't understand TPS IS PRIVILEGE NOT THE RIGHT ON THE MERCY OF PRESIDENT. so how long? why not? are nonsense when TPS is not the policy but random act of kindness from Exec. branch with recommendations to make victims stay out of hardships / trouble.
