Agree with Sajhamitra. Try building a house for 10 lakhs, even in a remote village in Nepal.
But the larger issue is criticizing those who are trying to do good things. We are not in a state where we have a surplus of good deed that we start analyzing which one was executed well and which ones are not. In a glut of negative news, this kind of news should be welcomed - not criticized, specially for such minor details. If they had cheated somebody, sure - go ahead and expose them.
We are OK with our chief Justice producing fake documents, we are OK with rampant nepotism in assignment of "Samanupatik" seat, we are OK with degrading level of corruption ...and THIS is the issue you want to address?
