-- I think you are a missing a big point of the existence of cryptocurrency. First Paypal / online banking is not digital currency. They are the intermediary merchant that you deal to exchange payments. Cryptocurrency removes these merchants/banks in the middle (the very essence of cryptocurrency)

I do agree with you however on the volatility of cryptocurrency, for NOW , however those are normal for any currency/trading in early phases, over time as it becomes more popular it is bound to be more stable.
