I understand it's far tough for students in US to survive than a DV holder. But ultimately most of the students leave DV holder far behind in income, quality of life and achievement.
I think he is trying to talk to those DV winners who come to US in middle of life. They are not used to hard work. Probably they were government employee. And these people find US life very hard and humiliating to accept as a norm. I have seen people leaving green card and going back to Nepal being frustrated.
