Now before you begin advising that it is better to buy TV in Kathmandu, this post is meant to help those people who want to bring a TV to Nepal anyway. So it is meant to be detailed and helpful.

- Specifically, how easy is it to bring a big screen TV? (from places like US, UK,)
- What is the process of bringing a TV with you? (Do you have to pay extra for the baggage (for a TV) or if the TV is around 20 kg then you can substitute your luggage for a TV?
- What do you do at the departing airport if you have a big TV with you?
- How reliable is the handling of TV (fragile) by an airlines company?
- How is the handling of fragile items at the Kathmandu airport?
- If your TV is let's say 50 inches, do they make you pay the custom fee? Is it strict, given that it is for your personal use?
