Looks like so far my best bet is Salem, NH which seems commutable for Boston within an hour (by car and train) drive to Andover, MA and catch a train from there ( about 1 hour) ? thank you Mily/Mgorkhe1 for that tax input that really made me thinking also wake me up by Racheeta ( Cost Analysis) . I believe there are some Nepali around Salem, do you guys know or have any thoughts on Salem NH please advise ?
