i think it has to do with Glycemic index! Chiura has low GI and it takes longer time to metabolize conpared to rice. Guys quite eating juices, drinks, and cola. Whole fruit is the best, but do not overdo it since all of them would convert to glucose. More sugar leads to more health problems. Google complex carbohydrates- and follow proper diet patterns
