1- write whatever status u had before when u applied for TPS. TPS means whatever status u had before, u hold that one now. so it could be F-1, H1.... or OVERSTAY if you were out of status when u applied TPS. if U were student and used TPS EAD, u still write F1.
2. new address ko kehi ta hola ni, like state ID ? otherwise go and get one. ani purana bill with purana address haru pani pathau
