I received a Notice of Infraction while making a right turn. I went to the court and talk to the clerk and she said I was suppose to make a complete stop before the white line, however I did make the stop but it was passed white line. Should I go for Contested Hearing or Mitigation Hearing? Even the notice says "If you were making a right hand turn at the time of the incident, the violation video shows that you failed to come to a complete stop before making the turn" but it doesn't say anything about making the complete stop before the white line. Need some advice if anyone has experienced similar situation before.
