Get a 15-day on-arrival tourist visa at the airport by paying $25.

On the 15th day, go to the immigration office at DilliBazaar with one of your parents along with your nagarikta and relationship verification document and apply for "relation" visa.

The cost is $5/month. It's only good for single-entry. Multiple-entry costs $60/year (flat fee), I think.

So if you want to spend a year and take trips outside Nepal, it'll cost you $120.
