You are welcome NAS bro. Ma pani lagi pare ko chu. Yo pali Atlanta ma pani ANA hudai cha. Aile project Atlanta sare ko huna le yatai ko attend garne plan cha.
Ma pani 1 month dhekhi hard core diet plan ma chu. Aile maile weight garna chade ko chu. I am focusing more on cardio and body weights. More rep garchu.
Diet ko lagi dinner banda gare ko chu. Rati rati casein Protein khana thale ko chu. Yo barsa chai 6 packs nikalera nai chodne chu.
Within last 4 weeks maile ta 12 pound lose gari sake.

Yo barsa 30 lage. Kasaile 30 is new 20 bhane ko sune. Ma lai pani aafu 20 ma bhako jesto huna maan lage ko cha. :)
Halka supplements haru pani kinne garnu. I felt that without supplements, its hard to get changes and will help you attain your goal.
