In the US, you can actually have a relationship with your cousin. it might depend upon your belief( Catholic, protestant, Methodist etc). Even in India, in some culture you can marry your

In Nepal as well there are lama, limbu, rai communities where you can marry your phupu and mama's daughter, they are called as ashyaang, i believe.
