Dear all,
I am in F1 status and I have applied TPS (no EAD) on August, did my biometrics already, and the case is still pending. I am wondering if I can apply for EAD now while my case for TPS is pending and also the deadline for TPS is already finished on December?
If yes, what is the process for the application?
