"Sanghiyata" = Federation.
There are 7 proposed provinces/states, identified as number 1-7 pradesh. Per the constitutions naming of states will be done by a separate cabinet. Obviously, we will have some controversies during the naming as ethnic claims will come into picture - best would be to simply name it by geographical location.
