Munabhai, You do understand that 2 months ago and Now has been changed. rouge, your old passport(non MRP) will not work from Nov 24,2015 onward. You travelled before that deadline so you were good but rouge44 is traveling after the deadline so I am not sure how he can travel without valid passport.
