Murkhai rahechau hai. Gayera jachai hal. I was in the same situation 5 yrs back when I was in Nepal. I met a random girl in cashino and had sex that night even w/o using condom. And visa application was in pipeline. I went to the Bir hospital and got tested with some counseling services. Came clean. Go get tested. Darpok, darayera kati nai bachaxau???
