i disagree. sushil koirala is mentally incapable to make any decision. he is an unhealthy person, and under medicatins (esp for pain). he has no idea where money is being spent (or stolen). i am glad he is gone.

only good thing during his tenure was he didnt make any decision on madhes rising (due to his dementia).
the new people in government, may do whatever indian politicians will ask.
