You need to pass 10+2 from Nepal (I think that's what you meant to say by high school)? Are you coming here on student visa (F1). You will have some hard time finding and maintaining job for long term on F1 even if you graduate with a BSN degree from US (due to student visa). If your ultimate goal is to settle in US, I strongly recommend you get your BSN from US. Currently it is very very hard for people on F1 or F2 (spouse of F1) who have their BSN from overseas to get job in US even when they have passed NCLEX here (personally know at least 4 who are now on same boat for 1-3 years who graduated from Nepal, India, Australia, & UK). Bottom line, if you plan on ultimately coming to US get your education here in US regardless of what you plan on majoring. Answering your second question, as long as you put your effort and hard work the course is not difficult. Managing fees depends on numerous factors such as where you live, what kind of university or colleges you attend, your lifestyle, what kind of job you can land while schooling and so on.
