I heard, even some of the experts on disaster relief are struggling to get to right places. Patriotism is one thing, but insanity is another. You could be burden to the people over there now. If you really want to help, wait couple months. I am sure help is needed for years and years to come. Or donate your flight ticket and travelling cost to some local charity that can help to feed a village for weeks. If you have million dollars and can organize a relief team then go, its too late. Else, don't go there for now to be a burden over there if your motive is to help and rescue to those affected.
