in the early 30's
was about 197 lb
now down to 165 lb
was never into 6 packs, never had 6 packs, still don't have 6 packs, though always have a decent athletic body without disgusting belly.
However, now, I 'sojoketo' takes a oath, until and unless i get six packs i ll never post in sajha again, neither will reply to any thread.
Just a last question,
where can i get fish oil?
