May be your bed is too soft: I had same problem and changed to harder one: now getting better. If you are bringing one form Nepal : make sure it will fit on bed frame size.
There may be a process and place to squeeze ( Vacuum Pack ) the Dasana so you it will come to a regular luggage size.
Check Indian grocery stores: Indian are pretty particular on using certain home made things. One of my relative who used to work at Soltiee hotel: Indian customer used to ask Water bucket and a mug to take shower. I could not figure it out it was a BS or true story.
