lalmon, looking at the type of vehicle he was driving, which would cost at least $40K, I am pretty sure he has a valid insurance.
@Ruben, thank you, I do know that rental cars and all other pain and sufferings would be reimbursed, but they from my previous experience they asks receipts for that, I was wondering if I renting from a friend would be considered a valid rental.
