Lol I thought it was only me. He called me too and i talked to him for slmost 45 minutes and scared the hell out of me. He told me the same thing as Hemu mentioned here. I googled his number while talking to him and found out he was a scam. He was talking about $1450 i owed to IRS from year 2011 thats where he failed. When i knew he was a scam, I bitched the hell out of him too. Then all he said was: well you are not co-operating with IRS officer, so locsl police are on their way to your home in 30 minutes and he hung up the phone." Two days after that i saw a news headline on locsl onlinenews that IRS scammer were targeting South Asians and they did scammed $30,000 from a couple.
To be honest I was really scared at first.
