You analyzed very good way @ Funtush. I did even received a VM a earlier day and didn't notice till i listened it but it was very late as i was directly talking to them.

@ Sojoketo seems to be a kook guy. I posted just to let the folks know that even we can receive a scam call in the name of Government and IRS is very sensitive which we need to value.
