Nepal imports petroleum products. There is always mix on any products. For example: potatoes on ghee, woods on spices, expired bread/sewer water on sweets/gutpak, sugar and water on honey and kerosene on petrol/diesel. The purpose of oil/chemical engineer (as I am not) would be to test right amount of chemicals (may be octane) on petrol. As Nepali product is always combo, they really don't want somebody to separate all contents of petroleum products. I wonder SamAtticus would be hired there, instead they need somebody to pour kerosene on petrol, diesel on timely basis before it reach to consumers. There was a news one time Nepal oil corporation doesn't sell 100% petrol and diesel.
