Mindurbusiness, do you know what the problem is? The problem here is people like you who always read the right stuff but come to the wrong conclusion. Where in my post do you see me complaining that a police complaint was filed? Yes, it is a right of every man to file a police complaint with 'sufficient enough' evidence. The problem here, as I have mentioned above is twofold:
i) You have the right to file complaint, but I have the right to know your identity. You cannot hide behind the curtain and hurl shit at me while your identity is being protected. We need to know who filed the report, first and foremost.
ii) The evidence presented might be 'sufficient' to start a police investigation but does it hold water in the court of public opinion? (the answer btw, reading the reaction of countless people is absolutely and unequivocally, NO!) The way these journalist have presented the news, they have already held a trail and found her guilty of the said act. That in my opinion is utterly unfair to her.

That being said, I still think that she should be punished if she is found guilty.
