You guys are missing the point. It is a person's democratic and human rights to go the police to file a complaint about anyone. It is then the duty of POLICE to do basic due diligence to check the credibility of the person complaining prior to filing an official complaint. After an official complaint is logged, prior to making any public accusation, it is the duty of the POLICE as well as GOVERNMENT PROCURATOR to investigate and be certain that they have sufficient proof they can present to the court after an arrest is made.

Don't blame the guy/gal for accusing but blame on our government authorities.
