@Diggy and Punter: Was this RFE after the fact that you guys submitted copies of past and current I-20s with the rest of the documents while filing for I-485/I-130?
Here is Punter's reply from the other thread to my question above:
@kailoketa:-I didn't send prior to interview. I took all the i20s at interview and show it to the IO Officer ,she says ok but she needs class schedule ,so she wrote RFE for class schedule only no I 20, these IO officer has law in their mouth, whatever they say that is law .
we submitted the present and last few years of I-20s with the application. After the interview they came back and asked for my wife's 1st year school records, and the status she is in while she filed I485. We sent her school transcripts and I-20 of her 1st year in US, and current school transcript to show her current status(the latest I-20 was submitted with application).
