@alche, You are right, she was definitely being difficult. Looked like she already a bad day before she even started talking to me. I asked for her name and she denied to identify herself stating that it was unnecessary. I know that we are allowed to ask name and badge for most of the federal employee, dont know if it applies to USCIS people too. I looked for it but can't find anyway to report that, and this place has never provided after survey thing at least for anybody of us here.
