I have been using them since 2008. Here are my thoughts
pros : Great Quality, Live support, very less issues, calls go through 99.99 % of the time without any issues and they have all pinless dialing and speed dialing which is a nice feature. Also they have great bonus features.
cons:
Website is not very attractive ( I dont care about that though ) ..
No Phone Support
Overall, I would recommend using them.
