भोट के मा ??

First of all, I think we have now learned to not ride any wave blindly. So what Vote Ke Ma has questioned is legit. Just because everybody who have been there are corrupt, doesn't mean the new entrants are holy. Plus, I agree that Bibeksheel's posts on Sajha is getting a little (just a little) annoying (specially the ones titled, Nepali le garnai parne, hernai parne etc).

Having said that, I don't think the OP's questions are absolutely fair either. A candidate will run in the constituency that they are comfortable with. Have you considered the fact that these candidates could've grown in those constituencies, or if not born, then are more familiar with the people and volunteers in that constituency? Have you considered the fact that choice of place isn't always made by looking at your competition?

Say, even if we assume that they looked at their rivals and picked a different constituency (and also the fact that all the names you mentioned are the best of the breeds), what's wrong with that? They have to play it to increase their odds of winning. The point is not to beat somebody or humiliate a candidate but to have a different voice in the new CA. If the voice is being heard, do you care whether it is coming from one tunnel or the other? I don't.

What I have seen so far, Bibeksheel looks way better than the other options. Alas, Bibeksheel, even if they win, will be a significantly small voice. We need more of these, maybe if they win or garnered a lot of votes, we will have more candidates.

When you vote for a leader, be aware of their party affiliations-as we have seen these parties issue whips on various issues and leader's opinion alone might not be enough.
