I may sound weird but who is  legal immigrant, epically from Nepal. Aren't students agreed to the fact that their intention is non immigrant.

The only that is clear and non-controversial is giving easy access to high quality students with genuine degree from genuine universities . They deserve it . And those dreamers who are more american in every way then those fake dhoties.

Regarding minority problem for republican , it's more about their attitude & lack of intention of acceptance them merely immigration.
