mitraharu le bhani halynu bho, bharkharai gayera 2 chamcha Quick grits ma 2 eggs halera majjale fetnu. ani 1 quarter size chopped onion, 2 serrano peppers, pinch of paprika, ginger garlic paste and salt halera pheri fetnu, 2 spoon plain yoghurt, 3 sliced mushrooms (optional) + sausage (optional) halera pheri phetnu. I prefer to let it ferment for 4/5 hours tara nagarepani huncha. ani majjale butter ma thulo pan ma 10 minute low flame (2/10) ma pakaunu. kya daami huncha kya, it is not real chatamari tara kaam garcha kya....try it.
eh sacchi salsa ra mango salad darro compliment garcha hai
