Am i missing the fact or is it so unpleasant situation that our country cannot afford a sound rest areas along the major highways in Nepal.
ans:But the huge chunk of money from foreigh aids and budget directed by road administration goes to the pockets of contractors and local goons. Thats the fact too.

now the question arises are you /us going to do something about it? i doubt it..
